A sandwich shop with a six-block lunch line, no reservations, no app. Just menu, hours, and the corner the line forms on. The brief: what does the smallest possible site for a place like this look like?

Approach

Launchpad tier. One page, four sections: a counter shot, the menu, the hours, the corner. One custom component, a menu-board layout that mirrors the chalkboard inside. No reservations, no app. The site does what a chalkboard would, on a phone.
