Personal portfolio rebuilt as a working showroom. Next.js, motion, and a design system end to end.

Context

I needed a portfolio that doubled as a live demo of my Next.js and design-system stack, not a static slide deck of past work.

Approach

Built from scratch on Next.js with the Barreiro Design System. Each case study is a content type, so adding work later is a one-file change. Motion, cursor, and reveals all reusable across client work.

Outcome

Live at barreiro.com. Hiring conversations now open with the site itself, and the codebase is the canonical reference for ABD client engagements.
