Loyal local following. A schedule that lives in Mindbody. A brand that hasn't translated online. The studio brief: design for an independent yoga studio that doesn't want to look like every venture-backed wellness app.

Approach

Launchpad tier: light research with members, two design directions reviewed with the owners, full custom build. Schedule, instructors, and intro-pack pages do the conversion work.

Designed to test

An independent-studio brand that doesn't borrow the wellness-startup template, and a five-page site built around first-visit conversion.
